- We’re flying the Owain Glyndwr flag today at Clydach. He was the last native Welsh person to hold the title ‘Prince of Wales’ and died circa 1415. Our libraries have plenty of books on his history. Why not pop along to one this weekend?
- The Council Leader has announced all play areas across the County Borough will be closed from this evening (Sunday, March 22) in an effort to adhere to and encourage the social distancing guidelines issued by the UK Government and Welsh Government:
- We remember the 116 schoolchildren and 28 adults of Pantglas Primary School, who tragically lost their lives in the village of Aberfan 55 years ago today. They remain in our thoughts always #Aberfan
