Today, the leadership and staff of @RAEB_Rwanda joined with residents of Rukumberi Sector in @NgomaDistrict commemorated the 32nd anniversary of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
The commemoration was marked by testimonies on Genocide history in Rukumberi, laying of wreaths
