    My Mental Health has not been great the last week. If I’m being honest, it’s been awful. Depression and stress have really got ahold of me. With it being #WorldMentaHealthDay I wanted to let people know it’s ok to talk about it and more importantly ask for help. #KeepTalkingMH

    I want to be very clear that it’s just whispers at this point but I’m hearing from both sides a #NLLCBA is very close. An announcement could come as soon as tomorrow or early next week. The expectation is for players to be in camp next weekend. #HappyThankgiving

    Said it before and I’ll say it again. I would really love to see the folks in Nashville with @PredsNHL jump into the @NLL pool. I think it’s the perfect city for Pro #Lacrosse I honestly believe the fan base there would take to it big time.
