Anarchism is the conviction that systems of authority must be required to justify themselves to the people, and if they cannot, then they should be dismantled.

A quick heads-up to anyone following me... I'm going to attempt to dump Twitter and move to BlueSky permanently. It hasn't worked the last couple of times I tried it, but their system now seems to be a lot more robust with a lot more content, so this might be goodbye.

Here's the difference: Antifascists cover their faces because they don't want Nazis to know who they are. Nazis cover their faces because they don't want anyone to know they're police officers.

Actually, Joe, the Democratic establishment fought to AVOID giving all people civil rights, voting rights, social security and Medicare. It was only when the people pushed for reforms, or when a president forged a grassroots coalition, that the establishment caved to the pressure

BIDEN: "Absolutely confident Hamas HQ is beneath the Shifa Hospital." Is this "WMDs" level of absolute confidence? Or are we talking about "Babies tossed from Incubators" level of absolute confidence?

I'm a Briton living in the USA. I pay for health insurance through Cigna. It would literally be cheaper for me to fly home to England every time I need to visit the doctor. If I was more comfortable flying, I'd probably do it.

This is bullshit. I've waited longer to get healthcare in the US than I ever had to wait when I lived in the UK. Also, in the US system, if an insurer denies coverage for life saving care, you will die even if you don't want to consider killing yourself

"Democracy has been restored in Bolivia as official results trickled in from Sunday’s election, a year after Evo Morales, the nation's democratically elected leader, was forced to flee the country after a military coup." See, AP - it's not that difficult to tell the truth.

Apparently he doesn't donate to enough charities. Because the money he uses to build superweapons and use them on civilians doesn't seem to do anything but perpetuate a cycle of violence, turning more people into villains.

"...I as a businesswoman can hire other women" For a socialist and a feminist, she seems a little too happy about the prospect of exploiting other women. I'm not big fan of theory (I find it incredibly dull), but I wonder if she's actually read any leftist theory at all.
