    A plea to schools - you are doing a wonderful job trying to provide families with the resources to teach our children but we're struggling & it's a lot of pressure It's a beautiful day.. please give us permission to just stop and enjoy our kids too?

    School will not be a happy place for children unless we first look after the adults there. They’ve endured weeks of uncertainty, bullying and no breaks School Staff Matter Too! They are the glue that will repair this rupture; but they need care, a clear plan and a rest

    My Ellie went to school every day last week Massively proud of her She got threatened with suspension yesterday for not going into lessons Arguably not the perfect choice of punishment for a kid who's been too anxious to attend school for the last 18 months...

    A really lovely thing happened today - I paid for the coffee of the person behind me (I often do this when visiting at the hospital, it can brighten a tough day someone's having) ..then they paid for the person behind them, who paid for the person behind them... a lovely moment

    Just for the record, I think Our Children have shown remarkable resilience, kindness, innovation and patience in the past year Thank you to the many of you cutting them just a little slack as they re-emerge, blinking into the sunshine...
