- 6 yrs ago, I’d jst had a 3rd cycle of chemo for breast cancer. My hair was falling out, I was knackered & I’d missed my son’s Xmas assembly at primary school. This nurse, Outra Rooplal, was there for me every step of the way. I went to see her today & yeah,basically…. I love her

- Around this time 7 yrs ago I was halfway through chemo for breast cancer, had very little hair left & I wrote in my diary ‘I want this to be behind me now, I’ve had enough’. Nurse Outra Rooplal was a total rock & helped get me through. I just went to see her and..I love her ❤️
- Those people who tried to disarm the suspect on London Bridge, and the guy who was literally on top of him (while the suspect was wearing what turned out to be a hoax explosive belt but he didn’t know that then) are INCREDIBLE and COURAGEOUS and AMAZING
