- There are 4 variables to consider when performing Depth Drop Jumps: 1. Body Weight 2. Box Height 3. Contact Time 4. Jump Height All four of these profiles must be calculated with similar weighting. We have a proprietary formula in the works to do this, called Plyoscore.
