Maybe time to stop active professional activity on @X It used to be great. But now I’m choosing not to share the good work of colleagues & trainees, for the fear of toxicity I do understand the anomie and alienation of MDT colleagues, but the abuse is just too much Sad times

Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are sister professions, from the same family. Neither is better or superior. Both have strengths and weakness that the other doesnt. Both are professionals. Both need to support each other. Together they can do great things!

Regardless of your role/seniority, it's unprofessional not to help train & develop less experienced staff members! These duties facilitate succession planning Previous colleagues trained & developed you. You aren't just an individual, you are partly the efforts of others!

Repeat after me: '...Pharmacist students, Foundation Year Pharmacists and Post-Registration Foundation Pharmacists are a blessing, not a curse...' We were all inexperienced once! Trainees need to be permanent fixtures in the workplace. #Colleagues

Polypharmacy is neither inherently good nor bad Please do not believe in singular judgements based on arbitrary numbers! What is important is whether polypharmacy is appropriate, effective, & realistic, and what matters to the person receiving it

The amazing Steve McGlynn retires today 💔 A real trail blazer who inspired so many people in Scottish pharmacy & cardiology, and cared for so many patients. I remember being in awe of him at university, looking at what was possible in future pharmacist roles ❤️ End of an era 😥
