- I was asked why I don’t swear allegiance to Te Tiriti o Waitangi. I don’t need to! It is in my whakapapa. I wake every morning with it in my heart and on my mind. Ngāpuhi have long been the kaitiaki of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and this will not change #mōrena
- I walked alongside my people during the time we presented the stage one evidence to the Tribunal on the matter of sovereignty. Ngāpuhi did not cede sovereignty. I Don’t recall seeing Billy TK Jnr at any of the hearings 🤔
- Replying to @actparty and @toddmstephensonSays the guy who starts every sitting day in parliament with a prayer. Move on champ and focus on real issues
