- I truly hope this 'farmer' is prosecuted. Education is needed all around. Attacking another human for sleeping at the edge of a field is criminal and pathetic. 1/2Moment farmer blasts camper in SLURRY after catching him sleeping in a tent on his land
00:00 - Another day, another blocked "Bridleway." This time, the owner of the house came out and told us. "... this is no longer a path and hasn't been for 10 years" She was correct of course. It's a Bridleway!! Reported to Wilts.
- That time we built the UK rail network in the garden out of Brio!
- IT. IS. DONE. Ok we did a (not to scale) tester project. Can you map the UK rail network with Wooden track. Lots of lines missing and the coastline could do with some attention, but you get the idea! One for @MrTimDunn and @geofftech. (York gets its very own turntable!).
- A quick acknowledgement that Lady Bathurst has instructed the Estate Staff to remove that sign with misleading and incorrect information. Happy days!@PaulWhitewick regarding the sign you alerted me to Paul. Thank you for letting me know about it. To be fair, it was about as old as the hills and was from my late father-in-laws era. (The info on it was incorrect and out of date too.) Buried off the beaten track, it had been
- I was today years old when I learnt that The Co-op and The Co-operative are two different companies. (I went to use my Co-op card in here!).
- Replying to @PaulWhitewickTo be clear. (Becauee over on Facebook no one seems to see an iseue). This is a Bridleway that has a clear barbed wire fence across with no opening. Bridleway.
- Replying to @PaulWhitewickI know, probably a dozen farmers, and none of them would behave in this way. This action just further creates a 'them and us' with regards land ownership and access. Without a doubt, if the camper was asked to move on, he would have without issue. 2/2
- Replying to @Sightline_MediaApologies "High Priority News, California."
- Having just tweeted about the decision by @eastlancsrly to remove @JoanneMCrompton in what would likely be illegal in a paid workplace, I've now been blocked by their chairman @elrchairman. Wondering if this topic would make for an interesting Youtube vid to our 80k subs?
- Replying to @PaulWhitewickAlso worth noting that this man was in control of a motorised vehicle and filming on presumable a mobile phone as he left the road to go to the field. Dangerous driving!
- No. Not in the UK. Its a civil matter.
- EVERY trip we make, we find yet another footpath blocked. From both sides, this was inaccessible. I asked the owner on the at the road side end as he was in his drive: "No mate, definitely no footpath here." Turns out.... (1/2).
