    There are rumblings on social media stating that your insurance company will not cover your vehicle during “Amber” or “Red” weather warnings if you drive. This is NOT the case. You will be covered provided you drive safely & no drink/drug offences are being committed. #myth

    Road cops found this fella swanning around on the #M9 near #Linlithgow this morning. He gave a bit of beak and was a hard egg to crack but, eager not to become a jailbird, he finally agreed to wing his way back to the local loch with no foul play!

    #LivingstonRP attended a parking complaint in Hillwood Gardens. A car was parked on the footpath preventing prams or those who rely on wheelchairs from being able safely to pass. Unable to locate the keeper so the vehicle was uplifted, the owner liable for costs #ChildSafetyWeek

    We can confirm that the broken down chariot has now been recovered from Murrayfield Stadium, however traffic is still slow moving on the count of all the pedestrians celebrating in the immediate vicinity. Motorists are advised to travel with caution 👍

    If you are driving a car & you see a pothole you try to avoid it.....so why would anyone expect cyclists to be any different? If approaching a cyclist(s) they may suddenly change their road position & move out towards the centre of the road. Be patient, then pass when it's safe

    #CycleMyths 1 - "No pay, no say. I pay Road Tax, so should cyclists" Truth - Road Tax was abolished in 1937. You pay emissions based Vehicle Excise Duty, which goes straight to the Treasury Fund, with other taxes such as alcohol and fuel. See ow.ly/ongj50vvcth for more.
