    Because of the tactical response and good work by our officers last night, 52 individuals were arrested including 3 juveniles and 2 guns recovered. Criminal behavior should never be acceptable in our city because our communities deserve better!

    Shortly before 8 tonight, one of our brave @PPD25Dist officers was shot and critically injured while conducting a vehicle stop. We believe all responsible are in custody. Our officer, his family, his colleagues, and our entire city need your prayers tonight.

    Anger, devastation and heartbreak are the emotions. One officer gave his life tonight and one is recovering. Please wrap your arms and prayers around their families and our department. We will continue our search for those responsible and won't stop until all are in custody!

    Highway Patrol ALWAYS looks sharp - so I don't want to hear that it's "only 135"! Full uniform, 3/4 length leather coat, rig, vest, riding boots - even kept his hat on! And no - I'm not daring him to do 225 at the divisional round! 💪 😂
