Have you tried the 1/2 tsp baking soda in water before bed
Gonna keep putting this out there till everyone tries it. Inexpensive, and baking soda has other uses should this not work for you

If add mag glycinate or chloride, might fizz more
Maybe add a little 3-5 g glycine as well
