    The news I've been dreading arrived today-I'm going back on dialysis on Monday. I have absolutely no intention of stepping down as chairman of @CaernarfonTown and will battle to strengthen myself before two big operations in the future. I and the Board will continue as per 👊🏻💛💚

    7 of yesterday's starting line up & 4 of 5 subs for @CaernarfonTown are Welsh speaking local lads. Yes we bring players from outside into the club but are also sticking to our policy of giving the best local talent an opportunity to play at the highest level. Proud of that💛💚

    It's taken six months but it's been well worth it. All the skin cancer has been been taken out and the head has healed at last. Diolch byth am yr NHS @BetsiCadwaladr ❤️❤️❤️

    Well, I got the call on friday and a transplsnt yesterday. I'm waiting for my new kidney to start working so 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

    A class act! Just received this photo from @markowen84 who cleans the @CaernarfonTown dressing rooms. This is how @BarryTownUnited left it yesterday which is fantastic. Huge thanks and respect to them 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    I'm having my kidney taken out tomorrow so will miss the biggest @CaernarfonTown match since the 80's when we play @ClydeFC Timing could be better but looking at the positives at least it will help me go on the transplant list & get better before we finally qualify for Europe💛💚

    Rather than expect clubs to play behind closed doors why can't all fixtures be suspended for three or four weeks, and let the season restart in late January? This would at least ensure that loss of gate revenue is minimised. Or is this too much common sense?🤷🏻‍♂️

    Yesterday was my proudest day as a supporter of @CaernarfonTown I am so proud of everyone involved with us. And even if I'm in my 50's and on dialysis I can still celebrate with the best of them💛💚 This is why football is special👍#SaturdayNightFever 🕺🕺
