- Replying to @iamtomskinnerWages are all out of sync, low paid jobs are usually the most physically demanding jobs and staff treated the worst. Yet without these workers the country doesn't function. The pyramid needs turning upside down.
- Replying to @Sacha_LordThank you Sacha, I went self employed in the January after spending the 9 months previous retraining. What an absolute horror scenario, lost all savings and forced to give up on new career. Mental health took a battering and felt confused and abandoned. Good work on this!
