    Changing the way muscles are strengthened can be a game changer. Ex-The post cuff’s primary job is to slow the shoulder down after release. Focusing on ecc strength can help the smaller ext rotators keep up with the bigger, stronger int rotators, helping to create better balance

    We’ve been working on @ohjiromotoki mechanics for the last 8 months particularly his knee extension from FS to release (post-up). Improving lat and hamstring length as well as adjusting intensity in his lifts have done wonders. Velo is up to 91-94 while we keep working...

    Thread: Many times with reverse throws, athletes will substitute hip mobility for a lack of t- spine mobility. This is demonstrated by a lead leg that “caves in”(left) taking all tension out of the core and giving the athlete a false sense of t-pine rotation.
