If you want to resolve issues cooperatively and collaboratively you do not issue a public letter on Twitter to generate headlines. Instead you roll your sleeves up and do the hard work out of the public eye to get things done.

- We could do a lot with £2 billion in North Lincolnshire to better people’s lives. Come to think of it £2 billion would buy a lot of nurses, doctors and equipment for the NHS. Politics is always about choices and just now the Govt is making the wrong choices.£2.1 billion, much of which is not new, to minimise utterly unnecessary disruption & decline caused by an unmandated government policy. With most public services already horribly strained. You have to write it down sometimes to properly appreciate the depth of the madness.
