Seven years ago today - June 7, 2019 - Grassroots North Wales was born. Best thing I ever did was leave the media and move forward with my own ideas and agenda. Huge thanks to everyone who supports GNW. Exclusion and non-co-operation will never stop us

Such poor pronouncation of some North Wales club names in Welsh Cup draw on Red Wall+ Shouldn't announcers be briefed on this? Said 'Llanrug' so poorly, I thought she'd called Llanrwst twice. Why always struggle with Pwllheli? It's a Welsh show, place names should be 100% spot on

How can you make such an outlandish prediction based on stats so far? Honestly, reading these reports will drive some people to an early grave anyway through stress, fear and other associated conditions

Five years ago today, on June 7, 2019, Grassroots North Wales was born. From day one, the website's mission has been to raise the profile of local sport in our own unique way. We're still here and getting stronger. I should have gone solo long before I did, but I'm here now
