I asked a librarian whether she had a book about Pavlov's dog and Schrödinger's cat. She said she thought it rang a bell but she wasn't sure whether it was there or not.
Having finished reading Practice Perfect it has made me realise the difference made by codifying what teachers do. If you haven't picked up a copy of it, I'd certainly recommend it.
Four areas stuck out for me
1. Modelling
2. High expectations
3. A culture of practice
4. Feedback

Exciting news. Today was my first day in a new job! Trust-wide curriculum and research lead for the Creative Education Trust! Excited to work with 11 secondaries on an aligned curriculum & research-informed strategies! AMAZED by the effort our staff have out into remote learning!
Returning to these questions from @Counsell_C about 2 years after I started using them extensively. Such a useful framework that helped me develop my conversations with subject leaders.
