- So there's an unfortunate story of a farmer near Shell Creek by Columbus who saw a stranded motorist and drove his tractor out to save the person, then got swept away and lost life. That's a real hero. I'd like to think we'd all do the same thing in that situation. RIP.
- Just passing along a personal note Father passed away this morning. Had been sick a while so not unexpected Some of the best memories of dad were with youth and HS sports Lived a good long life, served his country in the military, loved his family RIP Pops

- Sports at the youth and HS level are about so much more than a game. It's brotherhood. Competition. Hopes and dreams. Discipline and accountability. Building character and work ethic. Winning and losing. A bridge to being a productive citizen in the world. Let them play.

- Not sure what a lot of us would have done without 🏈 the past 3 months-so thank you to all the players and coaches and admins for efforts in keeping us all entertained during these crazy times. End of the season is always bittersweet-but very grateful for the season that was!
