- 1/2 All but 900 customers have been restored. Our crews will continue working through the evening until all our customers have power; we estimate that could be midnight. We appreciate our customers and crews who dealt with an unexpected, intentional incident on a holiday.
- 9 PM UPDATE: We are down to 4,000 customers still without power. The Hilltop Substation was damaged by a direct lightening strike. The estimated time of restoration is 2 hours. We're on it!

- 1/2 All our customers are back online after the intentional damage to our system yesterday. We appreciate everyone’s patience while our crews worked overnight and into this afternoon on restoration. We were able to deploy a mobile substation to restore power.
- We're aware of a widespread power outage impacting over 23,000 customers and are working to gather more information. Our crews are investigating the cause and working to restore power as quickly and safely as possible. Follow restoration efforts at MyTPU.org/OutageMap.

- We are monitoring the fire in Steilacoom Park. We’ve begun the process of de-energizing some power lines to help with firefighting efforts. About 3000 customers are already impacted. - 12:20 UPDATE: Our crews are responding to 164 outages in our service territory. Many of the outages are complicated, in some cases removing trees and rebuilding entire poles. These fixes aren't easy or fast, but our men and women are dedicated to getting the job done.

- Just before 7 this morning, 20 of our line electricians left to help restore power to @PSETalk customers still in the cold after Thursday's storm. Our crews do it because they can't imagine their own families without power during the holidays. #warmhearts
