- Still buy in Essex and Kent. Don’t be ignorant. It’s basically Greater London. For example, look how the demographic of Dagenham & Romford has changed in the last 20 years. Once upon a time naysayers were saying don’t live there because racism…. Now look at itPlease this why when you keep encouraging Black peoples to buy property in Essex and Kent et al, I will keep saying we need to fight for affordable housing that allows us to live in London.
