    Week 1 as Headteacher done. On reflection: I love my job. Communication is key. Be visible & present. Smiling helps. Ask for help. Headteacher tired is a thing. Quick wins make a difference. Relationships underpin everything. We go again Monday!

    I attended a job interview yesterday. I didn't get it and that's ok. What I did get was incredible feedback that has left me feeling proud, positive and #10%braver! The right job is out there and now I'm more determined to go grab it! @tonymeehan_59 @WomenEd @jazampawfarr

    Week 2 as a new HT: Networking with other HTs is great CPD. You're an advocate for your team-use your voice! The Admin team are worth their weight in gold. Somedays are harder than others. You can't please everyone. Let your staff know you value them. Soak up the positives 💜

    Today is #WindrushDay2020. I'm blessed to have an amazing man in my life who lives to tell his story about his journey. I'm so proud of him and others like him that made sacrifices so that we could stand strong in today's society. Uncle John in his pin stripe suit!👌🏾🤩
