We are a lab studying the role of mitochondrial redox biology in health and disease.
- We need to talk about MitoSOX... There are a number of issues with MitoSOX/hydroethidine as "superoxide" probes. One approach from Richard Hartley's lab and mine is to use MitoNeoD/NeoD. Give it a go and let us know if it works for you. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
- Delighted to see this - it represents a painstaking development of. a method by Fay Allen, overseen by Andrew James. This will hopefully be useful to the field - in metabolomics speed of isolation is (nearly...) everything... FEBS Press
