I think it’s time to assemble a Bay Area-based ownership group and approach John Fisher after June 13th about buying the A’s and truly keeping them #RootedInOakland. I know a few people who are interested.

- #TommasoZorzi is by far the best guest host on any version of @RuPaulsDragRace EVER. He's not only charming, kind and supportive, but he knows his cultural history, drag race herstory, references and style. Truly impressed.Tommaso Zorzi will be the host of "Drag Race Italia - After The Race" where he will interview the eliminated queens to retrace their path in the competition! #DragRaceItalia 🇮🇹 #DragRace #DragRaceUK #CanadasDragRace #TommasoZorzi #tzvip
- I think the early front runner for American League MVP are the OAKLAND A’s fans.
- Senator Nguyen is my new hero. She’s asking why they’re giving $36 million a year to the A’s while the Governor is vetoing bills due to lack of funds for critical services.
- My final post on the @Athletics. My heart breaks first and foremost to their amazing fans, who just had generations of joy ripped from them. The city, port and state did everything to keep them here, but John Fisher is a greedy real estate speculator and nothing more. He was
- BIG A's NEWS: The @PortofOakland and City officials will join forces on Tuesday. @Kaplan4Oakland has moved forward a resolution regarding the joint effort to provide a reduced scale home for the team at Howard Terminal. There will be a press conference and we're urging fans to
- I call BS on #RobManfred and #MLB. There is at least $376..5 mil in local, state, regional and Federal money identified + $100 mil pending for Oakland deal. Also, $500 mil in potential EIFD bond proceeds & more in the works! And we're not stealing from schools. #SellTheTeamIf there was any truth to this, the A’s could point to specific aspects of the Oakland “political process” that stopped their plans. They haven’t. The only thing missing, apparently, is Oakland not finding enough free money for the A’s.
- A's owner John Fisher donated $6 million, almost 10% of the $65 million raised, for a dark money PAC to attack Barack Obama in 2012. His 2 brothers and mom donated another $3.8 million, totaling $9.8 million or 15% of the attack dollars. He can spend $ on this, but not players
- This is 100% correct. When the A's first brought up Howard Terminal, it was merely a stadium and some park area. Then they started adding hotels, housing, a gondola, etc. We could easily be shovel ready for a state-of-the-art waterfront ballpark WITHOUT a retractable dome to keep“If the A’s had proposed a similar 9-acre ballpark project in Oakland, I can guarantee you that construction would have already begun.” This is 💯 true.
- It's an honor if @TulsiGabbard, the friend of Syrian dictator and murderer Bashar al-Assad, is attacking you.Now @TulsiGabbard going hard on @KamalaHarris' record as AG and criminal justice record: "She put over 1500 people in jail for marijuana violations and laughed about it when she was asked if she ever smoke marijuana." #DemocraticDebate

- A woman died at the Capital today as a result of a mob that you incited by raising your fist on your way in the building. Look up the "Felony Murder Rule".Today I have the opportunity and the obligation to speak for my constituents and to object during the electoral college certification. I look forward to the debate
- Dear @Athletics and @DaveKaval, with the recent news, you may wanna keep the team in Oakland. Local officials have clearly indicated we have funding and approvals lined up. Plus we have views of San Francisco Bay, the Oakland Hills and the skyline across the water. Announce it atA new White Sox stadium near downtown would make the most of views of the Chicago River and the Willis Tower, bringing explosive growth to the South Loop, prospective developers said Wednesday. trib.al/Ioz75iT
- From Sports Illustrated: "[O]pposition that could lead to a public vote that ultimately removes the public funding from the project could leave A's owner John Fisher with few options left but to sell." si.com/mlb/athletics/…
