All 3 of them live, work & travel through Joburg, 2 of them on a daily basis but pretend the lawlessness, decay & collapse in the city are news to them! Time to sack the mayor and premier.

- Very disappointed @JoburgMPD on cnr W Nicol/ Monte Casino Blvd in 4ways this morning. 2 officers stand watching traffic jam & blatantly ignore illegally parked taxis as if all this have nothing to do with them.Come on JMPD, u can do much better than this.Get your officers to work
- The ANC in Joburg is telling voters to vote for them so that they will fix potholes and build roads. But why can't they do it today, they are in government already 🤔
- JMPD officer caught doing this to a small boy ! I was sent this photo of our JMPD officer helping a boy tying his shoe lace, made me ☺️
- 6 robbery suspects were tracked down & arrested by 3 JMPD officers & Netstar tracking unit at a flat on Jeppe St within hours after they robbed a shop in Jhb CBD ±14:30 today. Illegal firearms, ammo & cell phones were recovered. Great job JMPD & Netstar #wedeliver #BuyaMthetho

- Another success by JMPD K9, hijacker suspect nabbed in Ivory Park, stolen/hijacked car, jamming device & rifle recovered. Suspect detained at Ivory Park SAPS.
- Unroadworthy mini bus taxi driver was arrested in Joburg CBD for attempting to bribe JMPD officers. Suspect is now behind bars and will be charged for corruption. There are honest hard working JMPD officers and they need our support.
- JMPD arrests serial hijacker in Moffatsview and recovers Toyota Hilux (hijacked in Kliptown). Suspect was taken back to his house for further investigations and another MBenz (hijacked in Parkview) recovered.
- 91 new firefighters to be deployed in the City of Joburg. Today these young men & women start their careers as firefighters & protectors of our City. Our Executive Mayor @HermanMashaba and I welcome them and wish them well in their new positions.

- A succesful JMPD Anti-drug and Crime Prevention Operation at the notorius Goud St, Joburg CBD. 4 drug dealers arrested, weapons, stolen goods, drugs seized and the street cleaned up.
- Just rcvd great news that JMPD K9, EMPD POP, Soweto Flying Sqd, JHB Flying Sqd & Gauteng TRT foiled a CIT robbery near Kagiso Mall. Shoot out resulted 2 suspects dead, 1 suspect wounded in mouth & 3 arrested including a wanted prison escapee. Well done to all involved.
