I HAVE UNFINISHED BUSINESS! During my tenure, I passed the Inner City Rejuvenation Plan identifying 600 buildings, aimed at unlocking R32bn in investment, 22,000 jobs & 14,000 affordable housing units. However due to Helen Zille’s plot to remove me, the plan was put on hold.
