Our Bigs don’t always need to accumulate the amount of running that our skills do. Here, we are taking a more tactical approach via tumbling and contact prep to help them be as well prepared as possible for Spring Practice in a few weeks.
Contact preparation remains an integrated part of our performance program for Football
Fighting for wrist control is a level 1 progression to encourage body weight control while manipulating an opponent
We did this between sets of tempo runs. As many Ws as possible in 3 minutes
