Top down organisations simply don't understand how social media works @iocmedia and @Tokyo2020 want to prevent anyone seeing pics of @TeamGB womens football and @LaRoja too taking the knee against racism. So what if we share as widely as possible? Resist and RT @paulmasonnews

Many thanks @SoniaSodha for superbly setting out case for Labour Party as supporters club, at least we'd know our status as 'members' and can do away with conference, leadership elections, candidate selections etc @labourlewis @Neal_Compass @jemgilbert

Don't often say this but Owen Jones talking a lot of sense here.
Genuine respect for Zarah: But the Greens support proscribing the IDF as a terrorist organisation and support Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions. The Greens are obviously embracing class politics under Zack Polanski - from a wealth tax to abolishing landlords. Polanski is also

'politically sensible'.. 'democratically optimal'... 'much more in touch' these aren't even codewords, the ambition is absolutely clear. Labour, an institutionally deferential party. This isn't a 'war on the left' its a war on democracy. @paulmasonnews @KeirMilburn @philbc3

Last night Vauxhall CLP unanimously, 42-0, passed no confidence motion in their MP Kate Hoey, ask she be suspended from PLP whip removed and ineligible to stand as Labour candidate. After 29 yrs as an MP to not find a single supporter to vote for her is some achievement.

A brilliantly powerful response by @davidjrosenberg to the @JonathanSacks_ 'interview' @georgeeaton you let yerself down not probing him on either Powell or describing Israel's new nationality law as simply a 'lacuna' rebellion602.wordpress.com/2018/08/29/you…

Astonishing photo. @LFC first team squad take a knee as they encircle Anfield's centre spot. This team knows which side they're on @markperryman explains why whatever club, or none, we support this should make us proud of our football. facebook.com/mark.perryman.… @BenHCarrington

The 1913 Derby was also threatened with disruption. Emily Wilding Davison joined the disruption, tragically losing her life. A suffragette, her cause votes for women, her motto 'deeds not words'. No progressive change has ever been achieved without protest and yes, disruption.

There's plenty I disagree with @PaulEmbery on but he is a hugely committed trade union militant this judgement suggests the @fbunational totally mishandled this incident, its surely not the way trade unions cope with difference. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-563761…

Here's my non-economist's question for economists. @Keir_Starmer says @UKLabour 's energy price hike freeze will cost £29bn with 'every penny' going to stop bills rising instead of renationalisation. Am I missing something, who gets the £29bn? @paulmasonnews
