- With heave hearts, the school, football program, former players, and the community; we have lost a true legend, person, and mentor in Coach Tom Brown. Our heartfelt condolences go out Jill, Brian, Von and the family during these times. We pray for peace and he will be missed.
- Our prayers go out to @MPTigerFootball @MPTigerPride player Tylin McDowell who seemed to have suffered a stroke after the game last night and went into surgery today. Our thoughts and prayers go out to him, his family, team, and community for a speedy recovery.
- Our thoughts and prayers are with former Head Coach Tom Brown as he was taken back to the hospital with COVID symptoms. Get well soon Coach!
- Tough loss to a good East Surry team to end the season. This team gave everything and made Maiden High School and the community proud. #MaidenFootball
