i run a small manufacturing company w/4 ppl over the past 7 years we’ve welcomed 4 babies to our families and have paid 4 months of paternity leave (full salary) most of us are 25-35 now also had 2ppl buy houses and a 3rd ready to hard industry still here this is the way

my small manufacturing company won our second prime DoD contract 4 years ago our small team (3.5people) showed up we ran 22hrs a day, 7days a week for 3 weeks filled up a gaylord of chips daily we are about as small as it gets so I know other SMB MFG’s can do this

50k + manufacturing SMB owners are retiring might just close up shop pillars of communities, families & local economies if need to reindustrialize wasn't urgent, we could let them close & pick up the pieces but we need this capacity online skilled operators will lead the way
