I dream about Die Cast Machines. These machines are a large part of the Reindustrialization equation. Only 1,500-2,000 of these machines exist in North America. We need to double this asap. 🇺🇸/acc

Die casting is more for medium to high volume but also repeatability. Extrusion is more for simple non intricate parts like rails and frames. The most complex stuff they make are heat exchangers for electrical applications. We have American Aluminum extrusion down the street

Plastic injection is awesome , the machines just run themselves with great setup and process. Our plastics division is almost an afterthought for us doing a small $750k annually. We’ve got 6 machines and 2 people. One setup/process guy and 1 lady that does the packing. We

They don’t understand how much labor goes into disassembling, cleaning, repairing, greasing, and reassembling an aluminum cast mold is after a production run.

This SMOOTHLY ripped through castings. We peaked at 90,000 a month. You have to be capable of high output to reindustrialize.

We must Reindustrialize and Rebuild this Country. It’s been 18 months since the bridge in Baltimore collapsed. The Chinese build and get S*** done in record time, they don’t worry about noise levels for their neighbors.
