- UPDATE 5:05pm PT: We are continuing to experience issues from our map service provider, @googlemaps, which is causing the app to crash for some Android users. Google has confirmed they are working quickly to resolve the issue.

- UPDATE 9:11am PT: While Google continues to work on a fix, Android users experiencing issues can take the following steps to resolve the problem: Go to Phone Settings>Apps>Life360. Tap on Storage, then Clear data and Clear cache. Then, log back into the app with your password.
- UPDATE 6:00pm PT: Google is continuing to work on a fix for our map service provider @googlemaps. We appreciate your patience and will let you know when the issue has been resolved.
- Good news – we are about 95% recovered from the outage. Some members may still be experiencing issues. We will update again when the issue has been resolved.
