What? No...the Tesla slowed down when traffic slowed down. The two cars ahead of the Tesla both split lanes to avoid hitting the car ahead of them. The only person causing the accident here is the one following too close who had to swerve only to lose control.

This is pretty old but there was nothing difficult about this. When firefighters are on scene and rendering aid, they control where they park their vehicles for everybody's safety. The police officers have zero authority to instruct the firefighters to move.

The motorcycle. Clearly. The other two vehicles were both maintaining their lane. They aren't required to make room for the motorcycle to split lanes. It's up to the motorcycle to make sure it's safe to do so.

I have literally walked up to businesses in the past, seen the hours of operation on their door, realized I was there five minutes before they closed, turned around and came back the next day at an earlier time. It's called basic common courtesy. They want to go home too.
