- I went to a conference where the (male, childless) organiser put up a speaker to share their productivity hacks: the male, childless speaker said to get up, go straight to exercise, then breakfast, then work ... I asked where feeding the kiddos & school run fitted in - no reply!

- Replying to @KateBMwritingAnd yet when I posted about all the local banks closing their branches around here (where the demographic is especially skewed towards the elderly) and how it impacts many people who can't/ don't want to bank online, I got a shedload of replies about how everyone goes online
- Replying to @DANNYxSULLIVAN and @Culture_CritYep last time I saw this posted someone pointed out that the flats which got โhealedโ were lived in by ordinary families whereas the new version could only be afforded by the wealthy. So if โhealedโ means getting rid of normal families from an area I guess itโs all good โฆ
- Replying to @domdyer70I'm glad the public is furious. Maybe (just maybe) the Met will sit up and take notice. That photo makes me cry every time I see it.
- Replying to @KateBMwritingMy mum won't go near a smartphone or computer - she still wants to be able to pay by cheque in shops. My dad is a bit more digitally literate - he can do his emails on a laptop & do texts on a phone, but that's about it. Modern life is excluding them more every day.

- I haven't really talked about it at all - but in 2023 I finally divorced my husband. For years I put up with him often being so drunk he could barely walk, and telling me virtually every day how rubbish I was - at everything. (He did get physical too but never actually struckItโs #TimeToTalk day ๐ฃ Sometimes itโs easier to tell people weโre โfineโ than to say how we really feel. But by talking about mental health we can bust myths and break down barriers. So, how are you starting a conversation about mental health today? @Rethink_ @coopuk
