Hate has no place in our community. An Arab Muslim student at Stanford was injured in a hit-and-run that is being investigated as a hate crime. Please call the CHP if you have any information - are looking for witnesses. They can be reached at 650-779-2700

This is why I wrote the Delete Act in CA. We need to be able to delete our information from data brokers

Have had positive calls today and am optimistic on SVB. This is about depositors getting money back not management or shareholders. Btw, it’s very ironic that failure caused not by investing in risky startups but by investing in US Treasurys ! (and not anticipating the issues).

Just had Stanford HealthCare insist I owed $1400 on some tests because I didn’t have insurance. When I said that I did have insurance they wanted me to solve it. Think of all the people that don’t have hours in their day to deal or language skills to deal with this BS

As a Jew with relatives killed by the Nazis in the Holocaust,I beseech all to remember the 6 million Jews lost. I renounce San Mateo County Harbor Commissioner Nancy Reyering's using that term to describe housing advocates & hope she will only us it when referring to actual Nazis

California will not tolerate any forms of discrimination, including caste inequality. We need to work with our diverse communities to ensure this is not happening. And, at the same time,we need to ensure we don’t rush to judgment e.g. in state’s case against 2 defendants & Cisco

This seems like a bad idea to me. So many people have bought tickets, some overpaying on the resale market. Clearly we can find other ways to support the strikers that don’t dash the dreams of young fans who have been so looking forward to this concert.

Biked for first time in awhile from around Menlo Park train station to Redwood City. There’s a small piece on El Camino that could be a good bike lane but has no markings and you have to duck or swirl if you don’t want your head cut off. The rest has no discernible bike lane…

There are legitimate questions to ask about the state’s role in this case and whether they have been good stewards of taxpayer resources. Many troubling issues have been pointed out. CA CRD dropped the case against the two individuals but only after 3+ years.
