Helps companies hire hard-to-fill positions.
- Candidate says salary expectations are 130K-150K. This particular position is budgeted around 100K. Candidate says that is fine, go ahead & submit me at 100K. No chance you will be flexible 30K-50K on your salary expectations. Not every position is a fit for every person &
- Replying to @catalinmpitI think everyone can agree that 10 interviews is super excessive. If you don’t know the talent you’re hiring by 10, your process is broken. Recruiting or executives at the company shouldn’t let this happen. You lose talent…makes no sense.
- Replying to @JoePomplianoUpward mobility at its finest! You don’t always need to job hop to get a promotion and/or increase your salary. 💰
- I must say the Bitcoin community is very welcoming and happy to share knowledge. I thought it would be the oppposite but everyone is more than willing to share information, lessons learned, tips, etc. Very refreshing to see. #Bitcoin
- Replying to @MLFootballIt’s like we’re in the team meeting with the 🐐. More of this please
- Replying to @JonErlichmanGood lesson here. It’s not always about how much you’re giving up. How much value are you getting in return? The sharks can open up doors that you can’t or it would take you years and years. Great story for Poppi
- Replying to @danorlovsky7Are you saying Mike T, the Head Coach of an NFL team, has zero responsibility for not having a QB? He's involved in personnel decisions, he's involved in draft pick decisions.
- Replying to @PatMcAfeeShow and @CoachCalArkRidiculous track record. Coach Cal knows how to identify and develop talent that is for sure.
- Replying to @SawyerMerrittThey agreed to a deal, now you want to move the goalpost b/c they can't believe he actually did it. He took no upfront money, took all the risk, true pay for performance model and he performed. It's not about how much...it's the value he created. Pay Elon.
- Replying to @MLSophistBecause I speak directly to the hiring manager and know how flexible they are.
- Replying to @BarbellFiYou can’t assume the higher income will always come forever. Things happen, you get laid off, you have medical bills, etc. paying off your mortgage may not make sense financially on paper based on assumptions but it certainly gives you more freedom of choice when things happen
- Replying to @AJAJ06516maybe, maybe not. I can't control that. Also, if it goes to 500K buying at 95K/100K/105K is not that big of a deal. If it goes the other way, it is way it is.
- Replying to @money_cruncherIf you need the money in the short term, like a down payment, the funds shouldn’t be deployed into the market. Use a HYSA and get 4-5% return
