- If a member of congress can travel numerous times to Israel and West Bank and return with impression that there are no restrictions on Palestinian movement but the real issue is that Jews are “prohibited” from Area A by the IDF, they should ask the trip’s sponsor for a refund.
- I disagree with @RepBowman calling Israel’s response to Hamas’s terrorism ‘genocide’ and ‘ethnic cleansing.’ Peace, which Bowman and I both want, will never happen with Hamas controlling Gaza. Israel has the right and obligation to ensure Hamas can never do this again.
- You all amaze me: not only this delegation but many have been stopped at checkpoints in Hebron. One year 7 congresswomen sang “we shall overcome”. And yes they ask if you are Muslim when you want to walk on some roads near Tomb and won’t let you through. @RepBowman told the truthThis deflection settles it. If @RepBowman was truthful about being prevented from passing through a checkpoint because he's not Jewish, Jeremy would’ve said so. He didn’t. Jews & Israelis are not permitted in the 80% of Hebron controlled by the Palestinian Authority. Americans
