    If youth use is as widespread as has been reported, @FDATobacco should take responsibility and do a better job of cracking down on the bad-actors, not responsible manufacturers of lower-risk products like @JUULvapor , which does not market to youth.

    If the FDA really wanted to improve the health of those who smoke menthol cigarettes, including disproportionate numbers of minorities, it would have authorized the sale of menthol e-cigarettes to adults-- years ago-- to help them switch.
