- One of my fav things to do is get on the mound for live at bats. It’s 83-85 but moving up the ramp to certain distances can create any velo for the hitter. Mimic the wind up and pitches of their next opponent for visual preparation. Allowed my guys 150-200 extra AB’s last year
- One of my more favorite things I passed down to Jacob was to acknowledge the opposing catcher in your first at bat. A sign of respect to a fellow player who is also about to compete in the hardest game ever to play.
- So pumped to watch Jacob tonight vs my former Pirate teammate Charlie Morton. One of my fav pitchers to play behind.
- The exit velo is the most overrated measurement in baseball.
- Words can’t explain! Thank you to every coach I’ve coached with. Thank you to every player that has played for me. You guys pushed me everyday to want to be a better coach. Thank you to my Wilson ladies for allowing Dad to pursue his dream. I can’t wait to get started! LOPES UP
- After talking with my family and advisors, I’ve decided to enter the NCAA Coaches portal. 30+ years of eligibility left 😁😁😁
- This @MoseleyAdam. 2 time USA Gold Medalist. Represents the USA and the state of Alabama. @AHSAAUpdates reinstate and rewrite. There is a baseball army forming behind this man. Do the right thing. We got you Mose!
- Thank you to for all the well wishes for Jacob. Crazy day of emotions. He’s doing good and progressing nicely. Good thing is he has never had a hamstring injury before so should heal quickly. Lots to learn about your body in your first season of pro ball. Will come back stronger!
