- NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo sexually harassed several aides, a highly anticipated report released by Attorney General Tish James’ office has found. The outside investigators hired by James’ office found that Cuomo created a “hostile work environment” “rife with fear and intimidation.”
- How bad is COVID-19 in New York? Hospitalizations have nearly doubled since Sunday. 1,974 vs 3,805 hospitalizations today. The number of COVID-19 cases in the ICU statewide are up 82% since Sunday.
- NEW: Unions would not be able to engage in “picketing, strikes, slow downs, or boycotts” of tech companies under a draft bill in New York that would allow gig workers to unionize.
