Just finished "Brain Energy" by @ChrisPalmerMD . An excellent read, going on my recommended list. Provides a comprehensive theory for understanding ALL mental illnesses, taking the mystery out of illnesses like schizophrenia. Also deals with diabetes, obesity, and heart disease.
