    Huge news today, government with bipartisan support are banning single house zones in all major NZ cities. Councils must change plans to allow minimum of 3 storeys – previous change also got rid of any parking minimums with minimum zoning of 6 storeys near rapid transit stations

    Lower speed limits are working.
    The lowest recorded death toll for the public holiday was in 2013 when one person died.
    The Labour Weekend road toll is zero, for the first time in more than 10 years
