- Hi Richard. For the Celtic Ross our Electric Bill in July 2019 was €7,700. July 2021 was €8,324. We today received our July 2022 bill. €18,262 - for a MONTH! This is unsustainable. All due to rate increases.
- Some of the biggest complaints I’ve dealt with in #hospitality have turned into the most loyal guests. Those genuine people tell you face to face, you apologise, you improve, look after them, they come back time & time again. We are a human business, things go wrong but we care.

- So... spotted the #sunset as I was leaving @CelticRossHotel pulled in the car, realised the phone had died, plugged it in to charge, waited 5 mins, it charged enough, took a few snaps, realised I dropped my car keys in grass, spent 15 minutes looking for them - I need a #holiday
- A bizarre & surreal day! Didn’t expect a green light from @MichealMartinTD to re-open @CelticRossHotel so soon. A bit of anxiety, excitement & emotion in equal measure as we engage our minds & get our game face on. Spurred on by the incredible #teamcelticross - let’s do this🙌🙏
- So - August ‘22 Electric Bill for Celtic Ross has finally arrived. €24,669😱 August ‘21 was €8,833. No TBESS for July & August should be reconsidered. The level of support isn’t enough (though appreciated a scheme is in place) @IHFcomms @Paschald @mmcgrathtd can more be done😟
- More to follow on this, we celebrated 25 years in business with the local community & @CelticRossHotel being approved as 4 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ by @Failte_Ireland last night! What a magical evening. Just away to charge the phone as it is hopping with lovely messages - thank you all 😊🙏

- Suit fits, remembered how to tie a tie, all I need is a haircut 💇♂️, some sleep now kids are back in Creche and a trip to the dentist 🦷 to fix the filling that has been fecked since lockdown began 😖Big day tomorrow, I hope all our @pure_cork colleagues had a good day yesterday🙌
- A brutal and awful few days.Whilst we avoided flooding untold operational issues from the weather on top of the pressure the team are under to deliver #COVID19 protocols. The team @CelticRossHotel are dead on their feet and many local homes & businesses destroyed! Hideous times🙁
- Until tomorrow..1 more sleep 🛌 & then you can have a lovely nights sleep with us @CelticRossHotel -delighted to walk out of the hotel for the final time without guests. Roll on tomorrow, thanks #teamcelticross for all the efforts. Best wishes to our @Cork_IHF @IHFcomms friends😊
