    Today was also Gayton legend, bagsman and rustler @Malbs11 last home game before hanging up the boots for the club. Fish has been ever present for the club over the last 10+ years, and we hope to see him down LKR in the future #ThankYouFish

    First team progressed to the last 8 on the @NorfolkCountyFA Junior cup thanks to a hard fought 3-0 win over last seasons semi finalists @PoringlandFC @KieranNurse with 2 and @ChezRust_ . @Joncocky1 with a key penalty save at 1-0

    Meet the first team captain for next season. 💛💙This will be millers first season as first team captain, on the pitch Miller is a tough tackling, tough talking full back. Miller is one of the biggest characters in the changing rooms and even sometimes says something positive.

    The club are also pleased that Reserve manager Nick Malby has decided to give it 'one more year' for the third year in a row in what will be a re-building season for the reserves (who also reached a county cup semi last time out) with plenty of new players.

    First team suffered penalty heart break in the junior cup semi final against @WellsTownFC 1-1 the score in 90 minutes. @MattPrudence with the goal. Kevin Moulton plumbing and heating mom was @Hilldog22 We wish the Wells all the best in the final.
