Not quite the way I was hoping my World Cup dream would finish. Been a pretty tough 24 hours to take but I’m very thankful and humbled for all the kind well wishes. On a positive note I’m excited to watch this @WelshRugbyUnion team go on and do something special. #cmoncymru

No doubt this has been the hardest thing Iv ever done, never thought I’d be this happy just to “jog” again. Just shy of 17 months out. Finally some light at the end of the tunnel 🏃💨

14 months since the original injury. Not ideal having another set back but working hard with @WelshRugbyUnion and @ospreys_official physios and staff to get back to where I was. Happy to say stage one is completed. Still a long way to go but taking it one step at a time 💪🏼🦵🏼✌🏻

Devastated to find out the groin injury I sustained around the time of the World Cup meant I required minor surgery, but happy to say it went well and I should be back up and running in the next 8-10 weeks. Mixed emotions right now, but I’m focused on getting myself back fit✌🏼
