- Today is my Dad's 101th birthday. When he was a boy he saw the Hindenburg explode but he has an alibi.
- Thank you, Thames Water, for your email suggesting that to save water, I steam veggies instead of boil + cut 2 minutes off my shower. I suggest you stop dumping sewage into our waters, cut your massive bonuses, replace your Victorian pipes + fix your leaks.
- Sorry to say my dear Dad passed away; loving husband + father, + Holocaust survivor. As a boy, he saw the Hindenburg explode. He was thrilled on his 101th birthday when photo I posted of him went viral with 1 million views. He had comedy timing worthy of a Marx Bros. Very missed.
