A “RIF” is a “reduction in force.” Unlike a “furlough,” which is temporary, a RIF is the permanent elimination of a position.

Look at these statistics on national injunctions imposed by District Court judges from a recent Harvard Law Review article. 67% of all injunctions this century came against President Trump in his first term and 92% were imposed by Democrat-appointed judges. HT @bhweingarten

I was pleasantly surprised that @WheatonCollege properly celebrated the confirmation of @russvought as Director of the Office of Management and Budget and asked Wheaton alumni to pray for him. His is arguably the most significant government post an alum has ever held. This

It's important to be very clear about something: the Senate border/immigration deal isn't designed to solve the border problem. It's designed to pass the Senate. It's designed that way because it's tied to the money for Ukraine, which is the actual priority for those involved.

You may use lawfare to go after the president’s political opponent but you absolutely may not apply the justice system to a judge for actually breaking the law. It’s like ignoring the law to import masses of illegal migrants but demanding due process before they are deported.
