- Hurts to say and sad to say, some adults are killing grassroots football, that's starting with coaches and spectators. Abuse isn't acceptable in any way shape or form, if you feel the need, do eveyone a favour stay away. Sorry for rant but it's at an all time low for me.
- I really fear that we are on the same path. Another week another 2 games Abandoned, I struggle every week to find refs to cover games taking up to 10-12 hours a week, only for them to take abuse. What's the point 😔
- Should restrictions be imposed on the children yet again , in the @EMJFL alone that's 10,500 kids missing out. 🙏 Let us continue, they've suffered enough. They need support not further restrictions ⚽🙏 @OliverDowden @DCMS @Manchester_FA @FA @RobbieSavage8
- The EMJFL will be holding a minutes silence prior to all weekends fixtures in memory of the young man who tragically lost his life during a freak thunderstorm. 😢
- The EMJFL would like to pass on sincere condolences to the Family and friends of Joel Rawlinson (Middleton Lads & Girls Club U13s) Joel sadley passed away on New Years day of a suspected heart condition. R.I.P young man 💔
- If only @TamesideCouncil would be willing to meet tomorrow. We may be able to salvage at least some kids dreams on Sunday. Put your measures on the table as you did on 1st May and give us a chance. I'm sure our partners, at Curzon would be willing to get together to get this on.
- The EMJFL would like to wish one of our U7s referees Khiara all the very best and good luck. Khiara has been selected to represent 🏴 as the young lionesses travel to the USA. 🏴⚽🏴⚽🏴⚽
