Yes, she’s the primary reason why our nation is stuck with Clarence Thomas as a SCOTUS judge. If not for her assistance, he wouldn’t have cleared confirmation. Also, much of the Bush’s (41 & 43) crises she’s assisted in directly or her firm. Do with that information what you will

Since you’re being willfully ignorant, see below. It’s business not feelings. Marvel didn’t own anything. They sold it. It’s in the article just read lol. So Blade proved they could make their own movie with a non globally established character. It was the blueprint to Iron Man

Absolutely. The bread and butter was toys because a toy company bought them lol. That gave them the initial capital to make Blade. Blade was the proof of concept they could take a B or C list character and turn it into a viable franchise a la Iron Man which became the cash cow

That’s incorrect. Marvel went into bankruptcy in 96’ and was bought and pulled out by IP Toy Biz in 97’, auctioned off certain rights (the obvious ones) and Blade was put out in 1998. This stuff is literally all easily available info lol

Tweets like this always tell me who knows little about professional work environments. They’ve never experienced how people in power (typically white) offer their family and friends positions that they aren’t qualified for over more qualified individuals (regardless of race) lol

This isn’t a subjective take. It’s an objective one. The facts are the facts. Wesley was originally pitching Black Panther. They compromised on Blade & the rest became history for Marvel. Blade = proof of concept for Iron Man. slate.com/business/2021/… independent.co.uk/arts-entertain…
